Library Passes

Students are required to obtain a library pass (pink slip) to come to the library during SIP (even to return a book or check one out). If they DO NOT have a pink pass for instructors at the beginning of SIP, they may not come.

Procedure:

Student comes to the library staff prior to SIP to obtain a pass.

Library staff signs/dates pass.

Student presents pass to SIP teacher who signs the following sections:

Signed by SIP Teacher and Time Left SIP.

Student brings pass to the library and checks in at the circulation desk – they leave the pass there, then pick it up on the way back to SIP.
Library staff signs Time Arrived, Time Left.
Students will return to SIP with a properly completed pass. If they do not, they will not be allowed to return to the library for 2 SIP periods.
