How to use this enrollment packet

NOTICES, FORMS & REQUESTS:  Please read through all notices.  Use the list below to determine which forms and requests are applicable to your student.  Click on the word "View" to open the corresponding notice, form or request.

FIELDS: To navigate from one field to the next, use the tab key or click in the next field with your mouse. To help you determine where the fields are, select the hand tool, either on the tool bar, or under the "Tools" menu.  Now, when you scroll over a text field, the hand will turn into a text cursor and when you scroll over a check box, the hand will point.

PRINTING:  You only need to print the forms you filled out.  You can do this by clicking on the printer icon, or by selecting "Print" from the "File" menu. 

PHYSICAL Enrollment:  If you are attending PHYSICAL enrollment, you do not need to complete or print the Enrollment Fee Sheet or the Credit Authorization Form.  Fees will be calculated for you at enrollment.

Please note that the enrollment packets for each school are different.  While they may look similar, they contain different forms and notices.  If enrolling children in multiple school buildings, you will need to follow the directions on each school's enrollment web page.
